If you didn’t successfully achieve a Grade C/Level 4 or higher in your Maths GCSE and you require this grade or an equivalent qualification for higher education or maybe employment then the Functional Skills Maths Level 2 qualification is accepted by both of them.
The online functional skills exam is just one of the many exams MME offers. We work with MME since we believe they provide the best service in this industry. If you need one to one tutoring to help prepare you for the exam, we offer that at Cardiff Tutor Company. The exam will take 2 hours to complete and it’s online so you will sit the exam in the comfort of your home. To sit the exam you will need a laptop or computer that has a webcam with it so the invigilator can see you during the exam. On the day, an Ofqual approved invigilator from MME will send a link for your exam and you can sit the exam from 5 working days of booking it. You can sit the exam on any day apart from Sunday’s. MME also sends the results to you around 16 working days from sitting the exam and you will receive the results via an email. You will receive the certificate before 3 weeks of passing. To revise over all of the topics that are in the exam, we believe it will take you around 50 to 60 hours.
The exam that has been accredited, is a GCSE Equivalent Qualification and MME provides the Functional Skills Level 2 Maths Online Exam. The whole course is £225 with MME and they are the cheapest. What is included in the whole course is the exam, materials that will help you prepare for the exam and the Functional skills Maths Level 2 practice papers. They have Functional Skills Maths Level 2 past papers for you that you can access for free from different exam boards and they offer you model solutions for them.
You can access the OpenAwards Mock Exam on MME’s website and OpenAwards has been approved by the government. MME’s content team has created the best Functional skills Maths Level 2 practice papers for the majority of the exam boards to help you understand the topics. Some of the exam boards that they provide practice papers are Edexcel and City and Guilds.
Unfortunately not everyone passes the exam on their first go and both MME and us understand it’s hard. Due to this MME have reduced the cost to £175 for a resit and they can help and support you for the next exam.
